Purpose of Order The purpose of this Order is to e stablish the process for remov ing a participant from the Home Detention Program o r the Pretrial Release Supervi sed Program due to satisfactorily com pleting the program. II. Field Investigator Responsibilities A. When a participant has completed their sentence on Home Dete ntion they are considered time served. Wh en a participant has completed t heir time on the Pretrial Release Supervis ed Program they m ay be consider ed time served, due to, their court sent ence, and they have a court com mitment or a court ordered release (partici pant won their case), the Field Investigator will: 1. Allow the participant to effe ct the equipment disconnection and bring the equipment to the Home Detention office. 2. Inspect the equipment being returned by the participant for damage and complete the equipment releas e form in the participant’s fi le. III. Records Officer Responsibilities A. When a participant has completed their sentence on Home Dete ntion the Records Officer will: 1. Access the JIMS computer and update the participant’s record to indicate that they have satisfac torily served their commitment. 2. Send the participant custody f ile to the Main Jail to be arc hived. B. When a participant has completed their time on the Pretrial Release Supervised Program the Records Officer will: 1. Access the JIMS computer and release the participant from cu stody with proper documentati on from the court. 2. Send the participant custody f ile to the Main Jail to be arc hived.
