Correctional Services Page 1 of 2 5/04.0 (REV 3/19) Work Release - HD Home Detention and Pretrial Rel ease Supervision Approved Applic ations The purpose of this Order is to e stablish the process for appro ved applications to the Home Detention and the Pretrial R elease Supervision Programs. I. Approved Applications A. When an applicant is deemed to be eligible, suitable, and ac ceptable for participation in the Home Detenti on Program or the Pretrial Rel ease Supervision Program, the Ser geant will ensure that the followin g processes occur. II. Schedule a Booking Appointment A. Schedule applicant to appear at t he Home Detention Office on the specified commitment day and time for booking and processing. Approved applicants will be enrolled in the progra m as expeditiously as possible. If t he applicant does not have a sp ecified commitment date, schedule the ear liest possible date and time w hich is convenient for the booking and installation process. B. Schedule approved in-custody inmate(s) for inter-facility tr ansfer from RCCC or the Main Jail to Home Detention. III. Booking Process A. Complete the booking proce ss per the Jail Inmate Management System (JIMS) procedures. B. Secure the following program forms: 1. Conditions of Custody Agreement 2. Booking Information 3. Equipment Receipt and Completion Record 4. Consent to Search Agreement a. Must be signed by all adults living at residence. Correctional Services Page 2 of 2 5/04.0 (REV 3/19) Work Release - HD b. Exceptions may be made if the inmate lives in a verifiable r esidential treatment program or transitiona l living program and the inmate is the sole occupant of a separate r oom. Officers shall obtain a letter of acceptance from the Program Director to include acceptance o f the inmate into their progr am and acknowledgement of the conditions of custody . 5.
