Use of locker room and showers Purpose of the order The purpose of this order is to ou tline the pro cedures and resp onsibilities for personnel usin g the locker room and showers. Policy regarding use of lockers The following list describes the policy regarding use of the lo ckers. A. No soiled athletic wear is to be left overnight in the locker. B. Towel service is available. Soi led towels are to be deposited in the laundry hamper. C. No items of any kind are to be lef t outside of or on top of the lockers. D. Wipe down the u pholstered sittin g areas after use. Policy regarding use of lockers The following list describes the policy regarding use of the sh ower area. A. Remove any personal toiletries fro m the shower stalls and sink areas after use. B. Dry off in the shower area, wip ing up any excess water from the floor after use. C. Personnel with heavily soiled foot wear shall not e nter the lock er room area without first cleaning the footwear, i.e.: mud, grass, etc . D. Sink, counter, shelf and mirror ar eas should be wiped clean aft er use. 1 of 1 10/02 (REV 10/01)
