CIVIL DIVISION – SALE OF P ERSONAL OR REAL PROPERTY
PROCEDURE
I. Purpose
The purpose of this Operations Or der is to establish procedure s for the approval
to sell personal and r eal property under levy.
II. Approval
Approval shall be obtained from at least one Civil Division su pervisor prior to the
notice of sale of the property.
III. Approval Record
Approval shall be obtained by using the levy file approval for m whereby the
approving supervisor signs his /her approval. This approval rec ord shall be
maintained in the case file.
