POST COURSE ANNOUNC EMENT AND ROSTER
The purpose of this order is to d escribe the procedure for comp letion of the POST
course announcement and rost er for the Basic Academy.
I. Course Announcement
The Course Announcement form (see Appendix A) must be completed and
forwarded to POST with a copy o f the schedule at least 30 days prior to
presentation. A. The Jail Operations course m ust be entered into the comments section of
the form.
B. The course control number is 2310-1101 for the Intensive Aca demy and
2310-0011 for the Ex tended Academy.
C. Instructions for completion of the form are listed on the re verse side of the
announcement.
II. Course Roster
A Course Roster form (see Appendi x B) must be completed and for warded to
POST within seven days followi ng completion of the course.
A. Instructions for completion of the form are listed on the re verse side of the
Course Roster form.
B. The Course Roster form should be completed soon after the st art of an
academy so that dropping st udents may be entered.
