RE-ADMITTANCE POLICY – NON-AFFILIATE ACADEMY
The purpose of this order is to s et the policy for re-admittanc e into the Sheriff’s non-
affiliate Training Academy. I. General
All applications for re -admittance into the Sheriff’s non-affil iate training academy
will be evaluated on a ca se-by-case basis using the following a s criteria:
A. Reason for leaving.
B. Academic standing upon separation.
C. Efforts made to correct any deficiencies since separation.
D. Prior disciplinary record.
II. Physical Agility
A. Under no circumstanc es will anyone be allo wed to re-enter th e academy
without successfully completing the physical agility course.
