This training bulletin consists of the following:

1. Purpose
The purpose is to provide guideline s for agency personnel when completing Blue Team
reports and for the necessary flow once th e report is completed.
2. Definition
Blue Team - a step -by-step internet -based software interface which gives users the ability
to enter and manage certain reports from "the field" into the IAPro Database .
3. Procedure
A. Blue Team Entry:
1. Adding A New Incident:
a. Log into Blue Team using your agency User Name and Password.
b. Click on “+New Incident”
c. Pick the correct Inc ident type, e nter the current date and time
completing the report and then click “Create ”.
d. Follow the appropriate i nstruction guide below to complete the
report.
2. Instructions to complete each type of incident are located in PowerDMS .
a. Complaint (includes internal, exter nal or anonymous)
b. Damaged or Lost Property
c. FMLA Requests
d. K9 Apprehens ion with Injury
e. Light Duty Requests
f. Notice Of Injury
g. Public Liability
h. Request Administr ative Investigation
i. Response To Resistance
j. Shaving Deviation Requests
k. Vehicle Apprehension
l. Vehicle Crash or Damage
• Within seventy -two (72) hours of the vehicle crash or damage,
the employee is responsible to deliver the vehicle to Flee t
Management, so an estimate can be performed.

B. A Damaged or Lost Property report in Blue Team must be completed for all other
agency equipment which is lost or damaged.
