Subject: FDLE On-Line Courses
The following bulletin indicates the steps for completing the FDLE on -line courses. These courses
meet the FDLE mandatory training requirements. Individuals whose certification expires within the
upcoming year will be notified as to which courses they wi ll need to take online .
Courses listed on the FDLE website ( FDLE Online Mandatory Retraining ) meet mandatory re -
training requirements. Courses listed for this mandatory cycle include: Discriminatory Traffic
Profiling & Professional Traffic Stops, Juvenile Sexual Offender Investigation, Domestic Violence ,
Elderly Abuse , and Identify and Investigate Human Trafficking for Law Enforcement Officers .
These courses t ake approximately 30 minutes to complete but will meet the state requirements of
2 – 4 hours of training, depending on the topic.
Upon completion of the course and quiz, personnel must print out a full -page score sheet. The
score sheet must be signed and dated. The individual taking the test must print their name, date of
birth and EID number on the bottom of the score sheet. It is recommended that personnel make a
copy for their files as this quiz is not tracked in the computer by FDLE. If the score she et is
misplaced, personnel are required to take the quiz again.
The score sheet must be forwarded to the Training Section. The Assistant Training Coordinator
will enter the data into ATMS and maintain a record as verification of completion to be archived in
the appropriate databases .
