I. PURPOSE
To maintain an ongoing awareness of community needs, reduce crime and the
fear of crime by establishing partnerships between the Department and
residents, businesses and other entities. To maintain an organization structure
that supports those partnerships, and engage in the process of proactive and
systematic examination of identified problems to develop and evaluate effective
responses.
