IV. PROCEDURE
Criminal investigation personnel must adhere to constitutional, federal, state and
local laws, pertaining, but not limited to search/seizure, interview and interrogation,
line-ups, and arrest situations. Employees assigned to the Investigative Section are
required to have a working knowledge of such laws and supervisors will be responsible
for adherence to and updating employees on all changes and updates in the law.
