I. PURPOSE
To standardize the evaluation of Department employees’ job performance based
on their assigned duties. In addition, to ensure the ongoing review, development,
progression, and encouragement of behaviors that are commensurate with
Departmental policies, procedures, core values, and accreditation standards, as
well as foster and encourage employees’ professional growth.
