I. PURPOSE
In a mutual effort to provide harmonious working relations between the City of
North Miami and collective bargaining members, it is agreed to and
understood by both parties that there shall be a process for the resolution of
grievances or misunderstandings between the parties arising from the
application or interpretation of the collective bargaining contracts for both,
sworn and non-sworn members.
