POLICY
It is the policy of the North Bay Village Police Department that employees will actively
participate in the judicial process through attendance at judicial proceedings.
In order to establish management of the court attendance process, the Department
establishes these policies, procedures, and accountability for court attendance, court
overtime, and court-related paperwork. This General Order applies to all employees of
the Department.
