POLICY
It shall be the policy of the Department to impound property and evidence when
circumstances dictate. The premise behind such a policy shall be to ensure that all
impounded property and evidence is safely kept, and an accurate account of its
whereabouts maintained while in the custody of the North Bay Village Police Department.
