POLICY
The purpose of this policy is to establish proper protocol and procedures for utilizing field
interviews during the scope of the member’s work.
It is the policy of the North Bay Village Police Department to proactively patrol and stop
and question persons whom the officer has reasonable suspicion to believe may have
committed, may be committing, or may be about to commit a crime or believes may be
potentially dangerous.
