POLICY
The North Bay Village Police Department has the responsibility to transport prisoners in
a safe, secure and efficient manner. Arrestees will be transported directly to a Miami-
Dade County Jail Facility or the Miami-Dade County Juvenile Assessment Center for
further processing unless in need of medical assistance.
