POLICY
The North Bay Village Police Department provides an impartial selection process to fill all
sworn and non-sworn positions in a fair and efficient manner based upon the knowledge,
skills, and abilities of the applicant. North Bay Village is an Equal Employment Opportunity
Employer and does not discriminate based on age, race, religion, sex, national origin,
sexual orientation, disability, or any legally protected classification of employment. This
policy shall apply to all positions in the Police Department.
