GRIEVANCE AND General Order #04 ARBITRATION SYSTEM Effective: 05/25/2020 CFA 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 7.05, Revised: 02/13/2024 7.06 APPROVED: CHIEF CARLOS NORIEGA POLICY The Department will ensure a fair, and formal, process for dealing with grievances that arise between employees and management. The process will allow employees to resolve their grievances fairly and expeditiously, to help reduce personnel dissatisfaction, and maintain good morale in the organization.
