SUBJECT: PPE Requests via MVPD DOC
Latex Glove Distribution :
Due to a an increase in nationwide demand for personal protective equipment, including latex
gloves, s tarting Tuesday , May 5th, 2020, the Force Protection Branch will provide staff with one
box of latex gloves each. This will allow us to control inventory to make sure that each of you
have the protective equipment you need.
Going forward you will follow the procedure below to make requests for protective equipment.
PPE Requests:
You may now send PPE replacement requests via the MVPD DOC Homepage. Click on the
“PPE Requests” link located on the homepage. Then fill out the form. Someone from the Force
Protect ion Branch will fulfill your order as soon as possible.
