INFORMATION:
A friendly reminder and update of the following:
When submitting Citation packets or any Complaints that have citations :
Include copy of Citation front & back and any Amendments with Court Copy (no need to
include back if blank).
*Please make sure that Citation court copy has PFN and CEN.
PC 488
PC 484/488 is no longer being accepted for Petty Theft.
Please provide Amendments when necessary changing PC 484/488 to PC 488.
PC 372
PC 372 is no longer being accepted for Public Nuisance. Please provide Amendments when necessary changing PC 372 to PC 370.
