b. How to avoid?
i. Videos/Discussion (3-4 Videos), UOF and Communication issues
stressed in the videos. *** Videos shown were released by their
respective departments to the public.
ii. UOF/De-escalation attempts
iii. Body Worn Cameras

3. Policy: Importance to constantly review to avoid legal issues (Out of policy, city
liability claims)

c. Takes enormous amount of time for research
d. Include required attachments
e. Ensure Photographs are taken and included in the UOF Packet
