DEFINITIONS: ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE - All-terrain vehicle is defined by the State of Florida as any motorized off-highway vehicle 50 inches or less in width, having a dry weight of 500 pounds or less, traveling on 3 or more low pressure tires, designed for use by operator and no passengers, having a seat or saddle designed to be straddled by the operator and having handlebars for steering. PEDESTRIAN CONVEYANCES - Baby strollers, scooters, skateboards, skates or roller blades, etc., are considered pedestrian conveyances. These items if involved in a Motor Vehicle Traffic crash are to be listed in the section Other Property Damage on page two of the Florida Traffic Crash Report HSMV90003.
