I. Goals
A. To develop a group of officers with enhanced knowledge, skills and
abilities in the planning and management of critical incidents, rallies,
demonstrations and other similar events; and to provide continuous
training in the areas of public demonstrations.
B. The protection and safety of the public and law enforcement personnel by
reducing the risk of injury and/or death through the planning and
management of critical incidents, rallies, demonstrations and other
similar events.
