| | instruction in traffic crash investigation and court presentation or for |
| | a parking enforcement specialist who has successfully completed a |
| | parking enforcement specialists training program established and |
| | approved by the Criminal Justice Standards and Training |
| | Commission (CJSTC) but who does not otherwise meet the uniform |
| | minimum standards established by the CJSTC for law enforcement |
| | officers or auxiliary law enforcement officers under Chapter 943 . |
| | D Any such traffic crash investigation PSS who makes an investigation . |
