DEFINITIONS:
SEXUAL OFFENDER - An individual who meets the requirements of Florida Statue
943.0435; establish or maintain a residence in Florida and have not been designated as
a sexual predator by a Florida court but have been designated as a sexual predator, or
as a sexually violent predator or by another sexual offender designation in another state
jurisdiction.
SEXUAL PREDATOR - An individual who meets the requirements of Florida Statue
775.21.
