DEFINITIONS:
PARENT/GUARDIAN - A person representing the best interest of the juvenile (e.g.,
parent, guardian, legal custodian, adult relative, attorney, or responsible adult).
RESPONSIBLE ADULT - An adult who has no prior felony, drug trafficking, child abuse,
or prostitution conviction.
