DEFINITIONS:
COMPUTER VOICE STRESS ANALYSIS - A technical aid used for the detection of
deception.
FORENSIC ARTIST - Any sworn or civilian employee who has received the required
training to complete drawings that may be used in court presentations.
POLYGRAPH - A technical aid used for the detection of deception.

REASONABLE SUSPICION - More than a hunch and must be based on articulated
circumstance but is less than the probable cause necessary to effect an arrest.
SEXUAL BATTERY - Means oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the
sexual organ of another or the anal or vaginal penetration of another by any other
object; however, sexual battery does not include an act done for a bona fide medical
purpose. FS 794.011
