I. Determination of Seniority - Police Officers
A. Seniority for police officers will be determined by:
2/22/22
1. The date of employment as a police officer or police officer trainee;
2. For those hired on the same date, seniority will be determined by
the higher score on the eligibility list; and
3. For those hired on the same date that received the same entry level
score, the tie breaker will be determined by their Police Academy
score/ranking. The tie breaker will be the same for those attending
different academies.
