DEFINITIONS:
OFF-DUTY EMPLOYMENT - wherein the actual or potential use of law enforcement
powers is anticipated. For the purposes of this SOP, the terms Off-Duty Employment
and Extra-Duty Employment are synonymous.
NIGHTCLUB - a commercial establishment which sells alcoholic beverages for
consumption on the premises and which may include adult entertainment and/or
dancing.
