I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish
procedures used by the Lighthouse Point
Police Department in seizing, maintaining
and disposing of assets, both real and
personal, pursuant to the provisions of the
Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act
(hereinafter referred to as FCFA), § 932.701
through 932.706, Florida Statute.
