Policy Text
As soon as possible after the conclusion
of the operation, a debriefing should be
held. During this debriefing, all members
of the team should be closely questioned
for pertinent information. Notes should be
made of their observations.
A critique of the operation should also be
made. An attempt should be made to
identify both strengths and weaknesses
in the plan, and possible improvements
for future plans.
Problems encountered in the field should
be analyzed and noted on a copy of the
operations plans.
