I. POLICY
The Lighthouse Point Police Department
maintains a holding facility for processing
persons arrested by members of the
Lighthouse Point Police Department. It is the
policy of the Department to maintain the
holding facility in accordance with applicable
statutes and accreditation standards in order
to provide a safe and secure environment for
processing prisoners.
