I. POLICY
It is the policy of the Lighthouse Point Police
Department to investigate all cases of a
missing person where there is evidence that
MISSING PERSONS
the person is at risk of harm or may be the
victim of foul play. Factors such as the
person’s age, mental or physical disability,
time of day, location and circumstances
surrounding the disappearance must be
considered when determining the response
of the Department.
