I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish
agency policy and procedure for access and
usage of the state Electronic License and
Vehicle Information System (ELVIS). It will
apply to all agency personnel accessing
and/or using information obtained from
FCIC/NCIC and the state Driver and Vehicle
Information Database through the ELVIS
system.
