I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to address
employee use of medical marijuana. The use of
the phrase “medical marijuana” herein shall not
be deemed to permit the use of any other form
of marijuana that is not authorized by controlling
law. The use of the phrase “controlling law”
herein recognizes that Federal law controls over
State law under the Supremacy Clause of the
United States Constitution.
