I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish
procedures for members appearing in court,
the use of the services of the Department’s
Court Liaison to minimize the inconvenience
of Department personnel subpoenaed for
court and to establish responsibility for
receiving subpoena fees from court.
