I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to provide
guidelines intended to limit occupational
exposure to blood and other potentially
infectious body fluids, in compliance with the
Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29
U.S.C. 655, 29 CFR 1910.1030, and Florida
Administrative Code 10D-104 and 38I-20.
