TRAINING 1. At least annually, all sworn personnel shall receive training related to this agency’s use of force policy and related legal updates for the following: a. Legal standards for use of force b. Duty to intercede c. The use of objectively reasonable force (in non-deadly force situations) d. Guidelines for the use of deadly force e.
