All Kern County Sheriff's Reserves shall maintain an approved uniform in compliance with the applicable uniform regulations and specifications listed in this manual. All reserve rank insignias will be constructed of silver color metal and will be worn by ranking members of the Reserve Organization pursuant to the provisions of this section. • Collar insignias may only be worn by ranking reserve deputies at the Kern County and Ridgecrest Fairs, Stampede Days Rodeo, Reserve Commissioning Ceremonies, and other occasions as approved by the Volunteer Serv
