The legislative intent was to provide information in order to protect the public from sexual predators. The Sheriff’s Office will adhere to this legislation and disseminate or make available the information prepared by the Department of Justice. Members of the Sheriff’s Office shall not give legal advice to the public or media concerning the provisions of this legislation.
