POLICY
The Detentions Bureau maintain a system for incarcerated persons to communicate
their grievances relating to any condition of confinement to facility staff and
administration. The intent of this system is to ensure that incarcerated person
grievances are resolved in a reasonable and timely manner.
Whenever possible, deputies will resolve verbal grievances informally. When the deputy
is not able to resolve the grievance issue informally, the incarcerated person may
submit a written grievance.
