Directive #1: The Administrative Sergeant of each Detention Facility will update all materials with our organization name, client identification number and personal codes. The quick reference guide will be available near all designated telephones. Procedure A: Outbound Calls The Housing Deputy will: • Identify the language needed by using the language identification card (G-1210 Attachment A).
