POLICY
This policy details procedures to ensure compliance with California laws related to federal
immigration enforcement when conducting the following activities:
Notifying immigration authorities of incarcerated people pending release
(Procedures A and B), and;
Transferring incarcerated people to immigration authorities (Procedure C), and;
Allowing immigration authorities access to incarcerated people for the purposes of
conducting an interview (Procedure D).
