Service Employees International Union (SEIU) bargaining unit employees will continue to adhere to DPPM C-0500 Employee Drug Testing. POLICY Employees of law enforcement agencies are highly visible representatives of government and are entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the community they serve, as well as delivery of effective police services.
