POLICY
In order to foster cooperation and communication with the community, while protecting
sensitive information, the following policy has been established to instruct staff on what
information may be released to the public regarding individual incarcerated people and
incarcerated people programs. Personnel will cooperate with the news media, public, or
other governmental agencies, but will release authorized information only. Information
about movement of incarcerated people or facility security procedures will not be
released.
