The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is committed to work in partnership with our community to enhance the safety, security, and quality of life for the residents and visitors of Kern County through professional public safety services. ISSUE: 25-55 TRAINING BULLETIN DATE: September 17, 2025 Axon Standards Release On September 30, 2025, Axon Records Management System (RMS) will be released and replace the Kern County Sheriff’s Office records management system. Axon Standards will go live on the same date and replace our current systems, IAPro and BlueTeam, which track and record personnel use of force and complaints. Axon Standards will be the system personnel will use to record use of force entries/reviews, vehicle accidents, pursuit reports (including completion of the CHP 187 form), field complaints, and many of the Internal Affairs processes. Axon Standards entries closely resemble the Axon RMS system, making it easy for staff who participated in the in-pers
