Review and Test of KCSOPPM J-3600: Body Worn Cameras (BWC) In order to ensure best practices and compliance with Kern County Sheriff’s Office Policy and Procedures Manual (KCSOPPM) J-3600, personnel are required to receive training on the use of their assigned Body Worn Camera (BWC).
