residents and visitors of Kern County through professional public safety services.
Review and Test of KCSOPPM J-3600: Body Worn Cameras (BWC)
In order to ensure best practices and compliance with Kern County Sheriff’s Office Policy
and Procedures Manual (KCSOPPM) J-3600, personnel are required to receive training
on the use of their assigned Body Worn Camera (BWC).
Pursuant to this training bulletin, all personnel in the Deputy Sheriff, Detentions Deputy,
Park Ranger, and Community Service Technician ranks are required to review the Kern
County Sheriff’s Office Axon Body 3 PowerPoint, KCSOPPM J-3600, and complete the
10-question quiz with a passing score of 100%, which can be accessed via the below link:
