The bill introduces new obligations for social media platforms with more than 1,000,000 active users concerning their interactions with law enforcement agencies under Business and Professions Code (B&P) 22946. The bill mandates the appointment of law enforcement liaisons and sets compliance deadlines for search warrants related to user account information and reads as follows: Key Provisions: 1.
