ISSUE: 25-23 TRAINING BULLETIN DATE: May 8, 2025 Assembly Bills 2822 and 2907 – KCSOPPM H-0500 Update In response to Assembly Bills 2822 and 2907, which were effective January 1, 2025, the following changes (in bold below) have been added to KCSOPPM H-0500:  Identify in the report whether or not weapons were involved, present at the location, and, if there is an inquiry, whether that inquiry disclosed the presence of a firearm or other deadly weapon.
