secured protected site or nonpublic area. This can include impersonation
of authorized personnel.
b. Unauthorized access to restricted areas, secure sites, or nonpublic spaces.
c. Impersonation of authorized personnel (e.g., fake uniforms or credentials).
2.) Misrepresentation
a. Presenting false information or misusing insignia, documents and/or
identification to misrepresent one’s affiliation as a means of concealing
possible illegal activity.
